We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Cottonwood, Arizona.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and cognitive functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' abilities to perform tasks related to self-care, work, and leisure.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree and State Licensure in Occupational Therapy required.
