We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team in Uniontown, PA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization, providing financial planning and investment management services to clients across the country.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. They will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating the financial planning process, and providing high-level planning-oriented service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in business, finance, or a related field, and advanced designations such as CFP, CPA, or MBA. They will also have a proven track record of success in the wealth management industry, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and facilitate the financial planning process
• Discover and understand client values, goals, and objectives
• Engage clients in the financial planning process and provide high-level planning-oriented service
• Prepare and conduct annual reviews, including planning and investment topics

Requirements

• 4-year degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Advanced designations such as CFP, CPA, or MBA
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the wealth management industry
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
