We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Craddock Oil. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including menu items and specials, to meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.
· Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
· Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
· Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a senior cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
· Strong knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods, including grilling, baking, boiling, and frying.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
· High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification preferred.
