About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional primary care to our patients, with a focus on older adults on Medicare.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized primary care to patients, with a focus on preventive care and disease management
  • Conduct thorough physical exams and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' medical needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
  • Active, non-probationary state medical license
  • Spanish language proficiency required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
