Roush Senior Cyber Security Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Roush. This role will be responsible for protecting our organization from cyber-attacks by monitoring IT systems and evaluating threats.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement information security programs, including NIST-800-171/CMMC Framework
  • Manage system security plans, plans of action and milestones, and update Supplier performance risk system scores
  • Lead MS365/O365 security and compliance implementation, ensuring security requirements are met
  • Manage SIEM solutions, identify and assist in remediation of cyber security alerts
  • Define technical and business processes and policies related to data protection strategies
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and assist in remediation
  • Audit endpoint and server patching processes
  • Conduct network/host monitoring and intrusion detection analysis
  • Lead security incident investigations and collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents
  • Monitor corporate networks for vulnerabilities, security threats, and breaches
  • Research the latest cyber security trends and apply knowledge
  • Lead cyber security education and simulated phishing tests

This is a key role within our organization, and we are offering a competitive salary for this position: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience managing SIEM systems, cloud-delivered commercial and government-based solutions, and other relevant technologies.
