The Manager plays a crucial role in efficiently inspecting and servicing vehicles, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clientele. This position aligns with the mission of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and upholds our core values. All Managers contribute to the success of the team under the leadership of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Execute tasks accurately and swiftly, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles.
- Provide courteous services for every customer, such as cleaning windshields and lubricating door hinges.
- Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections.
- Assess vehicles for additional repair needs.
- Communicate with Service Consultants regarding further mechanical service requirements.
- Evaluate fluid levels in power steering and transmission systems.
- Inspect belts, hoses, and wiper blades for wear.
- Check tire air pressure.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Perform all duties as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Oversee and manage all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Conduct inventory management and fulfill stock orders.
- Open and close the store as required.

Physical Requirements:- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and stooping.
- Occasional exertion of force to move objects.
- Requires maintaining a production rate pace, including the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.
