Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans to address these issues.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current California state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
