We are seeking an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Arlington, WA. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will be part of a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Key Highlights
  • Full-time position with a 4/10s or 5/8s schedule, with 36 contact hours
  • No weekend or evening shifts and no call
  • Autonomy to practice at the peak of your license
  • Average 18 – 28 patients per day, depending on the schedule
  • 1:1 MA to provider ratio, with RNs on-site float between providers
  • Epic EMR/DAX

Required Qualifications:

  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification
  • EMR Proficient

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPIC experience
  • 1+ Years Experience working in Otolaryngology, either as an RN or NP

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $114,784 to $154,951 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
