About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Area Operations Director to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires travel between clinics and involves managing assigned outpatient dialysis facilities and associated home and hospital dialysis programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee patient care, ensuring compliance with ESRD Network, HCFA, CQI Program, and policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop managers, leaders, and teams, promoting teamwork and trust among all staff and management.
  • Ensure facility compliance with all regulatory bodies and ESRD Networks, providing required data for certification and re-certification.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and inventory, participating in fiscal budget development for assigned clinics.
  • Collaborate with the local clinical team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and initiate effective communication and timely execution of DCI programs and directives.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience in dialysis management, with 2+ years as a Nurse Manager in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
  • BSN required, with a Masters Degree strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting, Human Resources systems, Inventory software, Payroll systems, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
  • Supervision may include Nurse Managers, Educator, Home Dialysis Coordinator, Hospital Services Nurse Manager, Technical Manager, Business Office Manager, and indirect supervision for all other employees.
