About the Job

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team as a Traveling Sonographer in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work as a Mobile Echocardiographer in our Imaging department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Echocardiography and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including echocardiography.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 13 weeks of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
