Job Requirements

We're looking for a skilled Barista with six months of coffee-related experience in the service industry. You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as certificates and licenses required by the U.S. Department of Justice. You must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the workplace, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all standards of operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and adhere to dress code policies.
  • Play music for the community, ensuring it's respectful and appropriate.
  • Respect fellow employees, customers, and the work environment.
  • Check patrons' identification and explain menu items.
  • Take orders, prepare items to specification, and restock inventory.
  • Clean during and at the end of each shift, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and upper management.
