Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to dispense and fill containers with chemicals used in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment to fill containers with chemicals, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Use Human Machine Interface (HMI) controls to transport empty containers and position them for filling.
  • Fill containers to designated weights using machine controls, and label and organize containers for shipping.
  • Ensure all quality standards are met, and correct chemicals are used to fill containers.
  • Clean or condition containers prior to filling, and package filled containers for shipping.
  • Follow detailed written instructions for proper filling, and perform basic math calculations as required.
Requirements
  • Experience working in manufacturing, with a focus on chemical handling and processing.
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment, including HMI controls.
  • Basic math calculations and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to follow detailed written instructions.
  • Organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in a clean, organized, and quiet manufacturing facility. The facility distributes chemicals such as acids used in the semiconductor industry, and the process is very safe with no chemical contact. Full PPE is always required for safety, including a bunny suit, gloves, safety glasses, and respirator.
