About the Role:

Axelon is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Expert to join our team and support the Reference Standard and Critical Reagent Group's domestic and global shipment logistics operations. This role involves coordinating logistics activities, managing shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand how materials are prepared for shipment, including container selection, shipping temperature, and packaging requirements.
  • Manage outgoing orders, including order consolidation, and ensure accurate data entry in the RSCROS inventory system.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to facilitate material movement, both domestically and internationally.
  • Interface with PPD and other partners to resolve shipping-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a shipping logistics environment, specifically in scientific settings. Hazmat Shipping Certification is mandatory.
