ND Packaging is seeking a skilled Rotary Die Cutter Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our rotary die cutting equipment to produce high-quality boxes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain rotary die cutting equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
- Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes meet required dimensions and have zero material defects
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with the machine
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus
