Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pulmonary Exercise Physiologist to join our Pulmonary Rehab team at Community Health Network. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized exercise plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Create tailored exercise programs to improve physical function and reduce symptoms.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients and families on self-management strategies and healthy behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • At least six months of experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
