About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at SPS North America Inc. As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in various areas, including mail processing, distribution, shipping, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mailroom Operations: Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to clients and employees.
  • Office Services: Provide reception and concierge services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving of materials, including packaging, labeling, and tracking.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on office equipment, including copiers, printers, and other machinery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a mailroom or office services role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
