Job Title: Coremaker Specialist

The Complete Staffing LLC is seeking a skilled Coremaker Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cores using core boxes and sand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill sand in core boxes and use chills and risers as needed.
  • Operate sand mixer used to make sand cores using core boxes.
  • Process sand printed cores.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings.

Mold Production:
  • Operate a Sand mixer to mix sand to pour over the pattern or printed mold to make molds.
  • Use a crane to strip pattern from mold once mold is complete.
  • Clean printed cores using brushes and vacuums.
  • Paint cores using mold wash either by brushing or flow coating or swabbing.
  • Prepping cores by getting a partial fit.
  • Operate a crane.
  • Operate a front-end loader.
  • Operate a forklift.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED and/or 1+ years of equivalent work experience.

  • Manufacturing or Foundry experience (1-2 years).
  • Superb attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
