Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services for patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure patient continuity of care
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in clinical documentation
  • Basic internet navigation skills
