Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at RemX. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing cost accounting, managing general ledger accounting, and overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost accounting strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reconciliations.
  • Manage job traveler information and track labor and material usage.
  • Process weekly accounts payable checks and prepare journal entries.
  • Prepare and file B&O and L&I taxes as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in cost accounting and general ledger accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations, including B&O and L&I taxes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
