Job Summary

The Concession Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and providing a high-quality beverage experience in a fast-paced concession environment. This role requires a strong knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends, as well as excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer, to guests' requests.
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions, adhering to all established cash handling policies.
  • Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing, to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Take inventory counts and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Ensure security of company assets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes, as well as current trends.
  • Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
  • Demonstrates excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 pounds.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun work environment.
  • Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
