Access Health Chamberlain, a leading health care organization, is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical laboratory, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely test results to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $32.38 - $47.62 per hour, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and performing clinical laboratory tests with high accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and completion of NAACLS-accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program
- Certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist from the ASCP or AMT within one year of hire date
- One to two years of medical laboratory scientist experience or training acceptable to the ASCP or AMT
Benefits and Opportunities
As an employee of Access Health Chamberlain, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, front-loaded PTO, and options for free health insurance. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus and Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps pay off your loans and save money. Each month, an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principle balance faster.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekends, holidays, or call time. The workweek consists of 48 hours over two weeks.
