Brynn Marr Hospital, a leading psychiatric hospital in Jacksonville, NC, is seeking a skilled Physician to provide medical services for inpatient psychiatry patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting medical histories and physicals, consultations, and follow-ups for patients receiving inpatient psychiatric care. We welcome Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Hospitalist physicians to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical histories and physicals for inpatient psychiatry patients
- Provide consultations and follow-ups for patients receiving inpatient psychiatric care
- Oversight of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in providing medical services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in Behavioral Health
- Ability to work a PRN or Part-time schedule with day shift hours
- Weekend call once per month
