  • Administering respiratory care by prescription of the physician
  • Diagnostics and assessment of cardiopulmonary systems
  • Management, education, and rehabilitation of patients with respiratory deficiencies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current Maryland license in good standing as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Registration as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within six months of employment
