Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in sales and service to encourage staff to meet goals and demonstrate a strong understanding of products and services.
  • Supervise assigned branch personnel, providing ongoing coaching and ensuring a positive and professional team environment.
  • Provide working leadership and guidance to assigned staff, ensuring proper audits, dual control, and exposure limits are followed.
  • Responsible for branch cash levels, including ordering cash, verifying cash received, and balancing vault cash daily.
  • Effectively apply management practices in leading the work of assigned branch personnel and building an engaged team.
Requirements
  • Ambitious learner and team member with excellent customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented and always learning and improving, with the ability to lead and direct others.
  • Ability to work additional hours and travel to other branch locations as needed.
