About the Role

As a Heavy Civil Senior Estimator, you will lead the development of accurate cost estimates for complex projects exceeding $100 million.

  • Analyze plans, specifications, and drawings to identify material, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Conduct market research and negotiate with subcontractors for best pricing.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project profitability.
  • Prepare and present well-documented estimates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • 10+ years of heavy civil construction estimating experience, preferably in highways, bridges, transit, and rail.
  • A proven track record of successfully estimating and bidding $100 million+ projects.
  • Strong understanding of cost estimating principles, methodologies, and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
