Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Collision Damage Assessor to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing damage to vehicles, estimating repair costs, and communicating with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided. You will work closely with our experienced technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Caliber Collision Centers is one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers, with over 1700 centers nationwide. We offer a full range of automotive services, including collision repair, glass repair and replacement, mobile diagnostic scanning and calibration, and fleet services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in collision estimating or a related field;
• A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy;
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
