This full-time position involves day shifts, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, consisting of 10-hour shifts. The role includes on-call responsibilities, requiring coverage every 6th weekend for device cases.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is competitive, reflecting the applicant's relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care at a proficient level, adhering to established nursing standards and organizational policies.
- Monitor patients to ensure a safe environment and optimize health outcomes.
- Prepare the clinical environment and assess patients prior to procedures, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Respond effectively to life-threatening situations using established nursing protocols.
- Provide education to patients and families, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Qualifications:
Essential Credentials:
Registered Nurse with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience is required, or completion of a relevant fellowship program.
