Mixology Expert

We are recruiting a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at The Halston.

As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for crafting unique and innovative cocktails that will delight our guests and leave a lasting impression. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new drink menus and experiment with new ingredients and techniques.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and experienced bartender to take their skills to the next level and contribute to the success of our fine dining restaurant.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.

• Create and implement new cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and flavors.
• Develop and execute training programs for bar staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and launch new drink menus and promotions.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, making recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in fine dining establishments.
• Advanced knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
