Responsibilities:
  • Perform massage and body services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Assess guest contraindications and provide personalized services to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to universal precautions and sanitation standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and offer recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid state license in massage therapy or equivalent credentials.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
