As a Retail Shift Leader at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store, you will play a critical role in promoting sales growth and delivering world-class customer service. You will be responsible for leading a team of retail associates and ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales
- Ensure that the retail store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience; experience in the convenience store or travel stop industry a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
