Job Overview

Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. is a leading provider of mechanical systems solutions, seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to consulting engineers and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the industrial fan industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, evaluating opportunities, and securing orders based on quotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for industrial fan sales
  • Perform technical sales functions, including evaluating customer manufacturing/production processes
  • Evaluate opportunities within a specific geographical region
  • Develop scope of work and quotations to satisfy opportunities
  • Secure orders based on those quotations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
  • Technical evaluation capability of customer manufacturing/production processes
  • Significant computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
  • Must be highly organized, motivated, and able to travel regularly (estimated 60% initial travel)
