**Job Title:** Deputy Juvenile Officer I - Youth Accountability Worker

**Job Summary:**

The Family Court of St. Louis County is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Deputy Juvenile Officer I - Youth Accountability Worker in the Delinquency Department. This is a non-merit position, and recruitment will be handled by the Family Court of St. Louis County.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work in a team environment to support the Delinquency Department in achieving its goals and objectives.
* Provide support to the Deputy Juvenile Officer II in the daily operations of the department.
* Assist in the development and implementation of programs and services for youth in the delinquency system.
* Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for youth.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
