UCI Health is the clinical enterprise of the University of California, Irvine, and the only academic health system based in Orange County.
We are a comprehensive health system that provides tertiary and quaternary care, with a 459-bed acute care hospital in Orange, Calif. Our system includes four hospitals and affiliated physicians of the UCI Health Community Network in Orange and Los Angeles counties, as well as ambulatory care centers across the region.
Your Role on the TeamThe Registered Professional Nurse is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
This role requires a minimum of one year of experience as a PACU Recovery RN, with previous acute hospital experience and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Requirements- Current CA RN License
- Current BLS
- Current ACLS
- Current PALS
- Minimum one year experience as a PACU Recovery RN
- Previous acute hospital experience
- Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
