  • Implement school health services as required by law and the school health services plan.
  • Maintain a comprehensive health record system.
  • Assess student health status, plan interventions, and evaluate care provided.
  • Collaborate with school professionals, families, and caregivers to meet student health needs.
  • Provide training and supervision for designated personnel regarding delegated care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and positive communication with parents, staff, and community agencies.
Requirements
  • Meets minimum requirements as established by the PA Department of Education.
  • Maintains current certification in CPR.
  • Possesses effective written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Ability to implement and coordinate health services and programs.
  • Ability to organize and manage large volumes of records.
