Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at BlueChip Pros. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and upholding the company's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Assist with maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and performing minor repairs, to ensure the facilities are in good working order.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, courteous, and responsive to customer needs and concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment by following all safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and may require working in a variety of settings, including offices, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
