We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate II to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and transportation of patients and equipment.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures and other clinical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • CPR training required; phlebotomy training and experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; nursing student or completion of NWH Patient Care Assistant Training Program a plus.
  • 6 months of experience as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
