Job Summary

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to lead our members in a variety of high-energy group fitness classes, including HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group fitness classes in a high-energy and engaging manner, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience for all participants.
  • Develop and implement new class formats and themes to keep our members engaged and motivated.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our fitness team to create a positive and inclusive fitness environment that promotes member engagement and retention.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Ability to lift light weights, bend, squat, jump, run, reach, walk, hop, spin, and kick.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
