Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at Marinosci Law Group, P.C.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent secured creditors, financial institutions, and mortgage servicers in all stages of the default process.
  • Manage and maintain default files in accordance with the firm's compliance requirements.
  • Review and sign documents in the default process, including motions, notices, affidavits, and other pleadings.
  • Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, administrative law, and local rules.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, trials, settlement conferences, and other appearances as necessary.
  • Handle client inquiries in a timely and competent manner through various case management systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience preferably in the default servicing industry.
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas, and preferably to all the federal bankruptcy and district courts in Texas.
