Job Summary

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for performing all established nuclear medicine procedures, including calibration and quality checks, while practicing radiation safety and observing universal precautions. You will also order, prepare, and store radiopharmaceuticals, administer intravenous or venous line injections of radiopharmaceuticals as authorized by physician, and interact with physicians to adjust diagnostic studies program/plan.

Requirements
  • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Certification by CNMT or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine licensure
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Ability to perform Nuclear Medicine procedures following accepted standards and protocols
