Dietary Manager

Lawrence Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Dietary Manager to oversee the operation of our Food Services Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of a food service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents and patients
• Supervise and train food service staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
• Manage food inventory, purchasing, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• CDM credential required
• High school education or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience in a hospital or residential care food service setting preferred
