Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Carhop/Skating Carhop to join our team at Quality Drive-In I, LLC. As a Carhop, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience at our drive-in restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet operational standards for all menu items
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
  • Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
  • Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at Quality Drive-In I, LLC

Skating Carhop Requirements:

  • Successfully completed assigned SONIC Skating Training Program
  • Roller skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces when delivering food
  • Ability to continuously stand, balance, and carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating
  • General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required
