Job Title: Laborer

A Laborer at Duit Construction will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the construction process. This includes operating and maintaining equipment, loading and unloading materials, and cleaning the job site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe construction processes.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload heavy materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean and maintain the construction work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Task Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various tasks and duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Visual and Auditory Abilities: Must be able to see and hear well (naturally or with correction).
