Guestroom Ambassador

The Housekeeping Attendant is a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring that all guestrooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This includes performing tasks such as cleaning guestrooms, making beds, replacing linens and towels, and restocking amenities.

• Clean guestrooms mid-stay and after departure
• Making beds with fresh linens and pillows
• Replacing dirty linens and towels with clean ones
• Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses, etc.
• Removing garbage, recycling, and room service trays from guest rooms and hallways
• Picking up and returning laundry items to the laundry room
• Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts with all necessary cleaning supplies
• Notifying the maintenance department about broken appliances, old light bulbs, or any damage to the room
• Upholding the hotel's confidentiality and security standards by not disclosing any guest information
• Dusting and polishing various surfaces and furniture in guest rooms and public areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in guest rooms and public areas
• Emptying trash bins and replacing trash liners as needed
