Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Marriott Renaissance Allentown, The Dime. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the bar area and maintain a clean and organized environment
• Take drink orders and mix cocktails with precision and speed
• Provide professional and friendly service to guests and cocktail servers
• Ring guest checks and process payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Comply with state liquor laws and maintain knowledge of local establishments and the surrounding community

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent customer service skills and fluency in oral and written English
• One year of previous bartender experience at a similar type of establishment

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Upper body strength to lift and carry up to 65lbs
• Good vision and finger dexterity to grasp handles and carry bundles
