Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team in providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for coordinating outpatient clinical nutrition services for patients of the Diabetes Center. This includes providing nutrition education and support to various community organizations and acting as a consultant for special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate nutritional care with physicians and other departments or organizations as needed.
  • Provide nutrition education and support to community organizations.
  • Act as a consultant for special projects.
  • Participate in quality improvement programs concerning clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition.
  • Completion of a Dietetic Internship.
  • State of Alaska Dietitian Licensure.
  • Registered Dietitian from the American Dietetic Association.
  • BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association.
