Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Care Resident RN to join our team at Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire or Texas Graduate Nurse Permit upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
