Primero Staffing is on the lookout for motivated and meticulous Manufacturing Line Technicians to become integral members of our production workforce. In this role, you will be essential in facilitating the smooth functioning of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Operation: Manage, control, and oversee machinery on the production line to guarantee the safe and effective manufacturing of products.
- Quality Assurance: Examine items for flaws and discrepancies from established quality benchmarks. Communicate any concerns to supervisors or quality assurance teams.
- Product Assembly and Packaging: Construct, package, and label items in accordance with company protocols, ensuring high levels of precision and productivity.
- Material Management: Carefully handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished goods using suitable equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Safety Adherence: Comply with all safety regulations and practices to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your teammates.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular cleaning and upkeep of machinery to ensure optimal working condition. Report any mechanical issues for timely resolution.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including supervisors, machine operators, and quality assurance personnel, to achieve production goals and uphold product standards.
- Record Keeping: Complete production and quality documentation as necessary, accurately logging production metrics.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous.
- Capability to follow directives and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong focus on detail and dedication to product excellence.
- Basic mechanical understanding.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, occasionally noisy, and potentially hot or cold environment.
