Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Care Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals and generating referrals for our Personal Home Care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Personal Home Care services to healthcare professionals and facilities
  • Conduct learning events and care consultation meetings to establish relationships and generate new client admissions
  • Collaborate with branch staff and field sales resources to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Assist with timely processing of client billing and document submission
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in home health or hospice
  • Experience as a Healthcare Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role is highly desirable
