Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to CP&A Consulting projects across the practice, including needs assessments, system selection, requirements definition, system design and implementation, integrations, training and operational support, and organizational change management.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and key leads to ensure overall project success.
  • Perform project delivery process assessments, define requirements, and develop processes for project and/or portfolio strategy and planning, project risk management, project management, and supporting functional areas.
  • Design solutions to meet customer requirements through requirement analysis, development of business rules, development of business process diagrams, development of use cases, and drafting of specifications.
  • Leverage personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice-based solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of test cases, training materials, and other content required to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Develop client-facing materials using Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, to turn textual information into compelling and cohesive stories.
  • Develop engagement-specific approaches to Training and Organizational Change Management.
  • Seek new, different, and innovative ways to leverage existing and new consulting capabilities to improve performance, improve business results, and create buy-in and commitment within client organizations.
  • Mentor, coach, and train CP&A Consultants and peers to better perform and contribute on client or internal projects.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in management or technology consulting, capital projects & infrastructure, asset management, construction management, information technology (IT), or a related profession.
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills to aggregate, model, and manage large data sets.
  • Proficient in developing professional work products using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, mining, power and utilities, data centers, fab facilities, or infrastructure.
  • Experience with asset information systems, including EAM, Portfolio Optimization, and Asset Performance Management.
  • Experience with project management information systems, including EcoSys EPC, Hexagon ALI, Procore, Kahua, Aconex, and Primavera P6 EPPM.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with software development in Java, C#, SQL, and/or VBA.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, including the ability to gain and retain the attention and involvement of sophisticated, challenging audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, including an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
