You will work closely with other team members to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and meet their individual needs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care. You must also have a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) and Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification. Preferred qualifications include a Registered Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or related certification. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task effectively. You must also be willing to complete initial and/or annual standardized procedures and competencies related to application/usage and alternatives to restraints, pressure ulcer prevention and treatment, hypoglycemia management, universal protocol, POCT for Bedside Blood Glucose monitoring, Regitine/Vitrase Administration, central line PICC line management, wound VAC, and lift equipment. Compensation range is $67.83 per hour, with 12-hour shifts being overtime-based.
